If your order amount less than ￥30,000 there will be delivery fee start from ￥1,000.

When quoting, we will let you know the delivery fee accordingly.

However, for oversized product and large QTY order, we may have to discuss each other for delivery fee again.

Items before shipping: You can cancel your order in case of they are our in-stock product and we didn’t yet arrange your product only.
Items after shipping: Correct purchased item may be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value with our criteria only if you contact the customer support center at 06-6466-3491 or our responsible person with your order within 7 days of the arrival of the item.
